Will I receive paper invoice?


No, ITelfone will not send you a paper invoice. You can view your payment history by logging in to your member section.

When will my credit card charged?


First time you will be charge when you signup for ITelfone service. Every month you will be charge for the monthly usage. Also you will be charge for the service renewal on your plan anniversary.

What payment options are available?


ITelfone accepts payment through credit and debit card only. ITelfone accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

How do I update my billing information?


To update your billing information, Login to your ITelfone member section and:

1. Select Personal Info link.
2. Click on Edit Personal Information link on the right side of your Personal Information page.
3. Change your personal information.
4. Click update to save your changes.

How do I change my credit card information?


To change your credit card information, Login to your ITelfone member section and:

1. Select Update Billing Info link.
2. Change your credit card information.
3. Click update to save your changes.

What if my credit card declined for the transaction?


If payment fails for any reason, account status will change to temporary declined. You can log in to your ITelfone member section to make a payment and reactivate the account.

What are the late fee charges?


Late fee of 1.5% per month will be charge if we do not receive payment within 15 days after renewal date.

How can I view my invoice online?


To view your current and past invoice, Login into your member section:

1. Select Billing & Usage menu.
2. Click on View Billing link.
3. Billing page will show your current billing & usage information.
4. To view current & past invoice, click on billing history link on the right side of the billing page.

How do I cancel ITelfone service?


You can contact us via Phone to cancel your account.

Is there any cancellation fees?


Yes, ITelfone will charge you $39.95 cancellation fee if you are going to cancel the service within first year of being activated.

Does ITelfone have Money Back Guarantee?


Yes, ITelfone offers a 30 day money back if the customer satisfies terms of the money back guarantee.
