How do I update my personal & billing information?

To update your personal & billing information, Login to your ITelfone member section and:

1. Select Personal Info link.
2. Click on Edit Personal Information link on the right side of your Personal Information page.
3. Change your personal information.
4. Click update to save your changes.

How do I change my credit card information?

To change your credit card information, Login to your ITelfone member section and:

1. Select Update Billing Info link.
2. Change your credit card information.
3. Click update to save your changes.

How do I update my 911 address?

To update your 911 address, Login to your ITelfone member section and:

1. Click on Update 911 Address link.
2. Change your 911 Address. You will need to re-agree to the terms each time you update your e911 service.
3. Click update to save your changes.

How do I change my Password?

To change your Password, Login to your ITelfone member section and:

1. Click on Change Password link.
2. Change your Password.
3. Click update to save your changes.

Can I change my Username?

You can not change username you had created when you started the account.

How do I read my current invoice?

To access your online invoice, Login to your ITelfone member section and click on View Billing link.

To read previous invoice, click on Payment History link on billing page.

My account is temporary declined. How do I reactivate my account?

If payment fails for any reason, account status will change to temporary declined. You can log in to your ITelfone member section to make a payment and reactivate the account.

How can I view my call history?

To view your call history, Login into your ITelfone member section and:

1. Click on Call History link.
2. Choose date range to view your call history report.
